1. Distribute legal petition to have Foley prosecuted to the fullest extent per Chapter 272. Section 77, Animal Abuse Law.
2. Establish a legal fund for Lisa Tuttle- per civil case against Foley and her defense fund for the subpoena she is expecting Foley's lawyers to serve by end of week (for alleged "assault").
3. Find free crisis counseling for Lisa's daughter who witnessed Lily's death.
